Green Box Farm and Art Market - September 21, 2024

So excited to have this piece "Lake Haiyaha" included in the group exhibition at Green Box Farm and Art Market on September 21. Green Box is located in Green Mountain Falls a small and beautiful mountain valley town, not too far from Colorado Springs. The exhibition is curated by Abigail Kreuser and Gundega Stevens with Auric Gallery. The event will include other vendors as well from 2 to 5 pm. Come out and see some incredible art pieces and visit with the artists!

The piece that was selected for this exhibition, "Lake Haiyaha" was painted after visiting and being inspired by the well-known lake in the Rocky Mountain National Forest. The lake had been stirred up by a major rockslide that gave it a milky-blue-green look to the water. It was a beautiful contrast to the trees and rocks surrounding the lake. This piece was first exhibited with my exhibition in 2023 at G44 Gallery titled "Pathways, Energies, and Rhythms." I look forward to having this piece at this event! See you there!
